First seen in the 1960s (the sweet, not the UFOs) these delicious treats consist of fizzy sherbet encased in a pastel coloured rice paper dome. The unsuspecting consumer will think nothing of them when first entering the mouth. But as the rice paper dissolves, the fizz appears!
