Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce is a rich blend of red chillies and garlic. It is one of Thailand's favourite foods and is made from an authentic Thai recipe. Essential dipping sauce for Spring rolls, Prawn crackers and Thai fish cakes. Alternatively use it in stir fries, salad dressings and marinades.
Ingredients: Water, Red Chilli (20%), Sugar, Glucose - Fructose Syrup, Fresh Garlic (6%), Pickled Garlic (Fresh Garlic, Water, Salt, Acetic Acid) (5%), Thickener: Modified Tapioca Starch, Acetic Acid, Salt.
