Hazlemere Fine Foods Free Range Goose Fat is sourced from free range geese in Poland and is a completely natural product with no additives or preservatives. Ideal for frying vegetables and meats and to add flavour to sauces and soups. Suitable for sautéeing and roasting with a 190°C smoke point. Goose fat is liquid at room temperature and solid when chilled. Natural separation may occur but this does not affect quality or usage of the product.
