The Kidde Optical Alarm can be wall or ceiling mounted, and is very easy to install. The alarm features a hush button that is ideal for silencing false alarms, such as those caused by cooking or steam. Most fabrics in the home now are manufactured from slow-burning material, which is where this alarms’ optical sensor is most suited, as it is for detecting slow-smouldering fires.
The twin pack means that the advised minimum requirement of one alarm upstairs and one downstairs is covered.
