Lee Kum Kee Cooking Sauces are a unique premium Chinese sauces bundle containing 4 popular sauces for cooking many Chinese dishes: Satay, Teriyaki, Hoisin and Char Siu.
- Lee Kum Kee Satay, 190g - This classic creamy and tangy Satay Sauce is perfect for recreating many South-East Asian favourites, such as Satay Chicken Skewers or Indonesia vegan stir-fry noodles (Ketoprak). The signature flavour is made with peanuts and other Asian-style spices and with this premixed sauce, you can easily recreate these dishes at home. Suitable for vegetarians.
- Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki, 200g - This sauce has a sweet and tangy flavour, with a rich tasting blend of quality soy sauce for a hint of umami, plus a selection of quality spices that delivers the best Teriyaki taste. There are no added flavourings, colourings or preservatives. This sauce is ideal for marinating meat, seafood and vegetables, and brushing onto ingredients for skewers. Suitable for vegans.
- Lee Kum Kee Hoisin, 210g - This sauce is a gluten free savoury-sweet sauce made from selected spices and ground soybeans and is a flavour traditionally found in Asian foods. Hoisin Sauce is used as a dressing in crispy aromatic duck and stir-fries, or as a dip, or a marinade for ribs and roasts. Suitable for vegans.
- Lee Kum Kee Cha Siu, 225g - (Chinese BBQ Sauce) is a honey-sweet sauce and is the secret to the authentic Classic Chinese Barbeque Pork (also known as 'Cha Siu'). This sauce is a great marinade for many kinds of meats and ribs, and also meat-free alternatives, such as tofu. It's the perfect sauce for barbeques, roasts and oven-baked dishes. It is considered by many to be the best, it's easy to use and a little goes a long way.
