It's milder flavour means you can use this sauce a little more freely than the Premium version, which is more concentrated to deliver a stronger flavour. This versatile sauce is ideal for marinating, seasoning and adding depth of flavour to meat, fish and vegetable dishes. This sauce is for all purpose seasoning and is popular among caterers. Marinate every 100g of protein with 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce to taste the difference.
