LEON Aioli Garlic has a rich, full flavour and has been at the heart of LEON restaurant menus since 2004. It is made with faba beans instead of eggs and contains all natural ingredients, providing a delicious garlic mayonnaise taste, suitable for a vegan diet.
Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil (65%), Water, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Faba Bean Protein (1.6%), Garlic Purée (1.5%), Salt, Roasted Garlic Purée, Stabiliser: Guar Gum, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid.
