Chocolate Truffles are made of chocolate ganache, a mixture of chocolate and cream that is melted together and rolled into balls, before being dusted in cocoa powder. Mathez has been making chocolate for over 80 years and are one of the leading French producers of dusted truffles. Mathez does not use palm oil in its truffles and uses only the highest quality ingredients to ensure there is no compromise on taste.
Ingredients: Vegetable fats (copra, palm kernel), sugar, lean cocoa powder, whey powder. Cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
