Moose is an independent family owned restaurant group founded in 2006 to bring the authentic spirit of the North American diner to the UK. With locations across the North West and beyond Moose has become a destination for all-day breakfast and brunch serving iconic dishes like homemade buttermilk pancakes, eggs benedict and potato hash.
At the heart of the experience is our signature 100% Arabica coffee blend. This season, we introduce our special edition Winter Blend with tasting notes of velvety chocolate, dried fruits & festive spices. Moose beans are grown sustainably in the fertile mountainous region of Campos Altos in Brazil. A combination of the high altitude, warm climate and dense vegetation is the perfect environment for high quality 100% Arabica beans. Our coffee farmers are embracing sustainability by meeting strict certification standards that protect the environment, support fair labour, and promote biodiversity.
