Luxuriously thin sugarless circle cookies offering a great balance between fresh gingerbread flavour, sweetness and salinity. Ideal snack with a cup of tea or coffee, these delicious thins are suitable for vegans, non-GMO and presented in a beautifully designed red tin.
Nyakers are one of Sweden's oldest gingersnap bakeries. Today, they bake many types of cakes and export them to many countries. Still a family business cherishing tradition, all cookies are baked at home in Nyaker in Vasterbotten.
