Our Cajun Seasoning is blended with chilli powder, allspice and thyme for a taste of Louisiana. Sprinkle over chicken or salmon when cooking or add to Salad. Mix into mayonnaise for a spicy cajun dip and sprinkle over tuna steak for a blackened cajun flavour.
