The Original Pinsa Romana is a type of bread that is made by hand-pressing dough into an oval shape. 'Pinsa' comes from the Latin word 'Pinsere' which in the Italian language means to stretch or to spread. It should be crunchy on the outside with a soft and fluffy inside and crafted with artisanal simple ingredients of wheat flour, rice flour, soy flour and dried mother yeast. Pinsa Romana is ideal as a pizza base or dipping bread.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Dried Wheat Sourdough, Rice Flour, Soy Flour, Extra-virgin Olive Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Salt, Yeast. Preservative: Sorbic Acid. May Contains Trace of Mustard.
