The Ugly Truffle Company uses Black Summer Truffles foraged from the lush forests of Istria, Croatia by enthusiastic truffle dogs who snuffle out every wild truffle that stars in their products. These gourmet crisps are treated with love. Batch cooked by hand in sunflower oil.
They are fried at a lower temperature to allow the thicker cut to absorb less oil. This preserves the delicate potato flavour (and gives them that extra crunch!) before being kissed by the Ugly Truffle for that unique luxurious flavour.
Ingredients: Potato, Sunflower Oil, Maltodextrin, Salt, Whey Powder, Milk Powder, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Cream Powder, Flavouring (Truffle, Butter), Dehydrated Black Summer Truffle (0.1% Tuber Aestivum Vitt).
