Youtheory Turmeric features one of the most popular and highly revered herbs in the world: Curcuma Longa. This golden spice is infused with black pepper extract to enhance the bio-availability (absorption rate) of the curcuminoid compounds which give Turmeric its bright yellow colour. These are responsible for the majority of health benefits that are attributed to this "super spice" such as being an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory agent.
Directions: Take three (3) tablets per day, all at once or in divided doses, with a meal or a glass of water.
