With a mild spice level and simple two-step preparation, this kit is ready in approximately 15 minutes. Each kit serves 4 people and contains two 440g packs, making it ideal for family meals and sharing. Simply add your choice of prawns, chicken, tofu or vegetables to create a delicious Pad Thai meal.
Directions Of Use:
- Cook The Rice Noodles In Boiling Water For 5 Minutes
- Drain The Noodles, Rinse With Cold Water And Set Aside
- Heat Oil In A Wok Or Frying Pan Until Hot
- Add 400g Of Prawns And Stir-Fry For 2–3 Minutes Until Cooked
- Add 2 Eggs And Stir Quickly Until Scrambled
- Add The Cooked Noodles And Pad Thai Sauce
- Stir-Fry For A Further 2 Minutes Until Heated Through
- Add 4 Sliced Spring Onions And 150g Of Bean Sprouts
- Mix Well And Serve Topped With The Crushed Peanuts
- Add Fresh Lime Juice If Desired
