Bonne Maman Chocolate Filled Madeleines are soft pure butter sponge cake in a beautiful seashell shape with a generous chocolate filling to indulge everyone. Every madeleine is crafted from a generation-old French recipe, Madeleine being an iconic French cake. To preserve all its flavour and softness, each Bonne Maman Madeleine is carefully wrapped in a individual bag. The madeleines are palm oil free and contain no artificial preservatives or colourings.
