Lactose Free Just Milk contains 46Kcal of energy, 120mg of calcium, 3.15g of proteins, less than 0.1% lactose per 100ml and 1g of saturated fat. Just Milk has added lactase which breaks down lactose and makes the milk easier to digest. Just Milk is an important source of many essential nutrients, including protein, calcium and B vitamins, and plays an important role in keeping teeth and bones healthy, perfect for the entire family.
