Cruga biltong is made from the finest hand selected silversides of beef, which are marinated in our own unique blend of spices before being slowly air-dried to infuse flavours. Cruga biltong not only tastes great but also offers great health values being as it is high in protein and low in carbohydrates. It truely is the ultimate snack for outdoor pursuits, lunchboxes or to be enjoyed with a glass of wine an ice cold beer or quite simply on its own.
Ingredients: Beef (200g per 100g of biltong), spirit vinegar, spices, hydrolysed soya protein, salt, yeast extract, caster sugar, colour (E150c, paprika extract), preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.
