Directions Of Use:
- Use Twice Daily, Morning And Evening, After Brushing.
- Pour 20ml (4 x 5ml Teaspoons) Into A Glass.
- Rinse Around Teeth And Gums For 30 Seconds.
- Spit Out. Do Not Swallow.
