A good source of protein and fibre, Natco Chick Peas can be added to a range of different dishes including salads, soups and stews. With a mild nutty flavour, chick peas can be used to create humus or why not try making your own falafel.
Cooking Instructions: Soak chick peas in water for 12 hours then rinse and drain. Boil rapidly in fresh water for 15 minutes then simmer for 50 minutes or until tender.
