Seven Seas Joint Care Supplex & Turmeric has been specifically formulated to support an active lifestyle. Omega-3 supports major organs in the body, helping them function normally, such as the heart, brain and eyes. Cartilage: Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Bones: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of strong bones. Muscle Function: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Connective tissue: Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. EPA and DHA suppport normal heart function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effects are obtained with daily intake of 250mg DHA.
Take one Turmeric tablet (yellow blister pack) plus one Supplex capsule (teal blister pack) a day with a glass of cold water.
Each blister pack features a helpful 'days of the week' guide to assist you in remembering to take your supplements according to the dosage. If you miss a day, don't exceed the recommended dosage and move on to the next relevant day. You can start on any day of the week and then use any remaining tablets at the end of the guide.
