Turmeric has been used for decades by many people as a popular spice in a variety of different South Asian dishes. There are over 200 different compounds within Turmeric with Curcumin being the one which gives the ingredient its distinctive, yellow and orange colour.
Dosage: Take one Turmeric tablet (yellow blister pack) plus one Supplex capsule (teal blister pack) a day with a glass of cold water.
